I have always had some problem preventing me from watching tv. It may be some occult problem, or me not being average enough, or not understanding acting, or not understanding humans enough, or not knowing enough of tv, or for the last few years being largely too old to watch tv. But anyway during my school years I watched some tv, but later almost not at all.
What I have learned of making presents for Christmas, it is that the presents should be wished for by some quite large group and made with wisdom so that it is a wise version of such an area of life, good willibg in the world, fair and good for the general skill level in the society and kn the world, good for high skills and has wisdom of life. So such sounds like what is the idea in tv, what to produce, to whom and how. At the same time it is a spiritual kind of thing, the wish being in the air, instead of some group or groups having conquered tv stations or studios and making thrir own programs which suit their own cultural values, skilks, ways of being social, picture of the world, etc. So it appears as if tv should ve arranged slmehow spiritually. And it seems that each cultural group, each set of values pught to have their own tvs, grouped maybe with those who from their original countrues want to spy the present countries etc, and with those who want to learn their culture, it's view, valyes, etc. And it should be noticed that space and space travel are a separate area, needing other tv etc channels, since space as a subject somehow strongly disturbs the imoressions of the charachteristic features of each place or area, and which are always important to know about. Which brings to my mind, is the celebrated entrance of some magnifient singer to some tv program, more like the room what a view to another town's climate, culture, mixture of professions, skill levels, ways of living, cultural background i.e. history would demand.
It seems that in tv there can be only groups, and persons preferred by such groups, so that very unusual persons cannot bear such, but instead family lufe etc are eternal subjects. ( moving away from a culture is a different direction of development from wanting strong roots in it, so the tvs followed ought to be according to one's wished for cultures and not according to the culture one lived in as young if one does not want to follow it's ways, values etc )

I think that it isn't good to usually use the word "media", instead one should mention the media in question, or at least not include the not so widely followed internet sites, since blogging a lot is very different from having a job in the news or tv, radio, etc. And an internet homepage is very different from a newspaper article or having been in a tv program.
