About a good posture

 It is in the air that some would like me to write about a good posture or about a singer like posture. But such is a subject that interests a lot criminals, those interested in acting and in preventing skilled people their own space to live in. A posture is often thought as something that others cannot affect, but ways of living, life possibilities, things done, etc affect it a lot, so it is not good to regocnize or classify peopke according to their posture, if one does not oneself naturally ubderstand such things. But posture relates to skills, so with a different kibd of posture a person typically is in that way different in skills. For exampke a straight back often relates to thinking of the whole, while a rigidly straight back is only an intentional deed, for example acting skilled or doing so because straight back was recommended because of being cobsidered somehow good in life. 

In sports it is taught that a naturally straight back is good for moving, but tgat the posture should be jyst natural and vary naturally according to the situatiln, moid, energy, motivation, attention, etc. Likewise in everyday life just lazying isn't considered good for actiln, for doing thibgs, but to get active one should first fet up from slumber, maybe straighten one's back and start doing something that is nirmal everyday lufe chores, so one also undersrands better things lije need to get something done in good common sense like ways, and understands so better at large with the practical picture of the world along. 

Generally posture reflects what one is doing and which areas of lufe one is interested in, for example whether one is keeping company, or thinkkng of the whole, or trying to dominate over others by some rigid theory perspective resembling posture. Many try to act skilled persons, so thibgs like a Buddhist, musical or sports practitioner may be also acted with the help of drugs, so such a person may be "crits" like resorting suddenly to aggression, since the pisture, good will, etc are not natural but instead the situations easily over lne's forces, since those are often estimated comparing to the claimed positiln but tuned via the actibg individual's looks, so they cannot carry the same amount of the claimed skilks as the really skilled oerson they want to overcome and dominate over, claiming to have better skills and much more wisdom of lufe, when in fact the situation is usually the oppisite. 

So a person may have as interests several areas of life affecting posture, and one's skill level and even gosls may vary across time, so one should pay attentiln to the skill level, quality, goals, etc at the moment when things are done, and later just estimate by the effects, values, quality, etc. 

Also animals may have a good posture, like for example insects summertime in the nature, not necessarily indoors around people. 

Some people conceive things done via their own posture, so straightforward practucal action may be connected with a good sporty posture directed toward that thibg done, and reflecting the areas of lufe in mind, the motivatiln, etc. That may be important for the individual, but one does not get the benefits by copying, since those are only personal well working ways of doing, not suited for others. If there is somethibg one wants to learn of such, it is mostly info of skills and practising such skilks, so a hobby course in sports that one oneself lijes would the the answer instead of copying.
