I read some news article of some people, was it in Texas, having lived inside a Mars simulation building for a little bit over a year. And there was a picture of them after having come out, and I watched quite long the thin stern? looking old woman? in it, who was keeping a speech jyst after having come out. It seemed difficult because she had used a stuck perspective so long in her life, since it seemed that mostly boys were interested kn the experiment, or mostly children found such long time in the same company so difficult.
The reason for children not gettibg allng, is at least partly that they are often adviced by adults as if they were old times" robots, and so things go too much without regard for the actual situation at hand. And it also often happens tgat one person in a group is intetested in certain values, areas of lufe and their skills, ways of living, social tactics, etc. And the othwrs or some of them get mustaken to be simikar lije hobby pals too interested in the same values, etc. So such judt does not go right.
The old woman also seemed to have the clmpany of old people thinkibg of the happening, so while the young ones ought to get bored of the dchool lije perspective and excel so much that they go their own ways, learn new talents, wisdom of lufe, get wise in tge art of living, learn about professions of their likkng, which are wise from the point of view of supporting ages old life, lufe according to the ages old human nature. So lije a young bird, the woman might have sptung to the natural world, yo life in a nature environment to begin with, but the elderly men keeping vompany were not so eager for action, not so young anymore. They had found a lufe of their liking, so they were stuck there.
Of starting new things afyer a long time with a lack of stimuli, the usual advices about getting physicaöly fit might apply: do in amounts feeling good and motivating, paying attention to recovering well, so ofyen start with a little every day and continue lije seems good, maybe gradually increasing daily stimuli plys every niw and then trying something interesting which has clesrly more stimuli. Of basic staying fit, every day at least a second or a few seconds of each ages old basic atea of lufe in a good ages old form would be a good addition to life's activities, kind of giving energy to the whole day like sunshibe affects some or music.
The old woman could have eaten now some lingonberrues.
For increasing stimuli and for learning to bew physical, chemucal, biological, cultueal, etc environment, at least some exposure to natural outdoors, both some plants, maybe some waöking or running animal which can be dog, maybe, and the outdoor air, would be valyable to already to begin with, for example going to an open door or a few steps ourside for a short while. The natural rythms of plant growth and of animals moving pkus the feel of the bacterua, freshness, weathers, of plant lufe, etc of the outdoor air, seems important for knud of knowing how to live.

If the world is of spirit, it can affect a lot, what kind of life we find on other planets, or do we find them inhabitable at all, whith whom and in connection with which values, areas of lufe, how fourishing life, etc and how nice and well working social relatilns we have when getting to know those planets or places. Like for example, I somehow have the imoression that at least one of thr first astronauts to the Moon, was a farmer to begin with, and that the occasion interested cows and dogs, so the impressions of Moon beings were somewhat like cows, maybe with some dog like evenness of social relations.
