Lots of small technical markings sometimes tells of admiring some other place's wisdom of life

 Yesterday news there was a video of a swimming place with an imoression of lots of small technical markings in the water, as if in Sovjet Union, spoiling the leisurely fun. But if one then thought of people (etc?) having different dreams of where to live and what kind of place's wusdom of life to follow, the landscaoe seemed to open to a pleasant spectrum of dream kibd of places with their typical wisdom of lufe and charm. https://yle.fi/a/74-20099879

But it is of course so that not all technical markings are such at all. Many technical markings connect with crimes, traps and outrageous lies.
